Brighton Secondary College is a Year
7 to 12 co-educational provider to over 1,200 students.
Established in 1955, the College is set in spacious grounds
in the City of Bayside, situated in Marriage Road, Brighton
East.
The local community regards the College as a prestigious
government school, which is family oriented. International
enrolments are available through the Department of Education
and Training. (DE&T International Education link)
Brighton Secondary College has a tradition of excellence
and achieves outstanding VCE results, with a very high percentage
of students obtaining first round offers to tertiary institutions.
The College
is an approved Department of Education "Select Entry
Acceleration Provider" to the Bayside Network. A successful
Grade 6 to Year 7 student transition program has been in
operation for a number of years.
